When we were contacted by Bau Arkitekter in Stockholm and asked to recommend a limestone tile from the region of the Baltic Sea which has excellent frost resistant properties we had no hesitation in recommending our Gotland Grey Limestone.

The project in question was the Swedish Embassy in London which was to undergo a full renovation of all internal and external areas. Our Gotland Grey limestone tiles were supplied in dimensions 300 x falling lengths x 30 mm for the exterior courtyard to the rear of the embassy.

We also supplied specially cut stone details for the stairs and the disabled access ramp which had a specially striated surface to provide additional grip.
