Åland Grey-Beige Limestone was used as façade stone on this residential and commercial building which forms part of the Porto Franco waterfront mixed residential and commercial project in Tallinn’s main harbour.

Åland Grey-Beige was selected due to its harmonious colour tones and also because of its extremely high levels of frost resistance.

A ventilated façade system was specified by the architects which allows air to freely circulate behind the façade panels meaning the façade can easily dry following rainfall.
