Nacka Strand apartments, Stockholm

This large complex of former factory buildings occupies a prime coastal site on the approaches to central Stockholm. In 2016 the disused buildings were purchased by large Swedish real estate developer Oscar Properties who then began the process of transforming the buildings into 210 luxury apartments.

Our Arensburg limestone was chosen by Oscar Properties due to its attractive grey colour tones and also its durability and longevity. We supplied over 6000 m2 of Arensburg limestone tiles in dimensions 600 x 300 x 10 mm with a honed surface finish for use in all the bathrooms. We also supplied 210 countertops for all the kitchens in the project.

To supply such a quantity of limestone tiles and kitchen countertops to a firm such as Oscar Properties was the strongest possible vote of confidence for the visual appearance and physical properties of our Arensburg limestone.
